Shipping & Logiustics Policy

Free Standard Deliver: We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Your order will typically arrive within 7-14 days from the date it is dispatched. Please note that for remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take longer.

Faster Delivery Option: Need your order sooner? We offer expedited shipping for an extra fee. You’ll see the extra delivery charge at checkout when you select the faster shipping method.

Address Changes: If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us before your order is shipped. Once the package is in transit, address changes may not be possible and delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Global Shipping & Restrictions: We ship to most countries around the world. However, we are unable to deliver to regions currently affected by warfare or major logistics disruptions. Import duties, taxes or customs fees in another country are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Processing & Tracking: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Shipping Delays & Customer Support: While we aim to meet our delivery estimates, delays can occur due to weather, high order volumes, customs, or remote destination issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out and we’ll investigate.
